Constructa Group was engaged to carry out detailed make-good works for Birling Labs in Marsden Park. The scope required a combination of hazardous material removal, internal strip-out, and selective demolition to restore the space for future use.

Scope of work included:

• Safe removal of asbestos floor tiles in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Soft strip-out of internal finishes and fixtures

• Saw-cutting and demolition of concrete slabs

• Responsible waste disposal and site clean-up
