Constructa Group was engaged by Tower Projects to carry out early works at the ANHF Burwood site, involving the complete demolition of multiple structures and the safe removal of hazardous materials.

Scope of work included:

• Full demolition of the existing two-storey buildings, including a residential structure
• Licensed asbestos removal and hazardous GSW asbestos stockpile clearance
• Tree removal in line with environmental regulations
• Responsible waste management and disposal
• Site preparation for future construction phases
