Constructa Group was engaged to carry out the comprehensive demolition and hazardous material removal at an industrial warehouse site in Minchinbury. The project required multi-faceted demolition and remediation work to prepare the site for future development.

Scope of work included:

• Full demolition of a two-storey house on-site

• Removal of concrete and asphalt driveways

• Licensed asbestos removal and clearance certification

• Safe disposal of hazardous asbestos GSW stockpiles

• Tree removal in accordance with council and environmental guidelines
